Enquiries and quotes
- An enquiry does not reserve a date. We prepare a personalised quote for each enquiry.
- Your quote sets out the hall, date, times, any extras and the price, together with its validity period.
- The specific payment terms for your booking — including any deposit, payment dates and cancellation terms — are set out in your quote and booking confirmation.
Holding and confirming dates
- We check the venue's master diary before any date is held for you.
- A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed it in writing, after the master diary check and any steps set out in your quote.
Venue rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside. A covered smoking terrace is available.
- Parking is limited and must be reserved in advance. Access routes and emergency service areas must be kept clear at all times.
- Please tell us in advance about any special effects, such as confetti, smoke or pyrotechnics, so we can confirm what is suitable.
- Suppliers you bring under dry hire must follow the venue's rules and set-up times agreed in your booking.
Charity and CIC rates
Special rates for eligible charities, CICs and community organisations are discretionary, subject to verification, and only apply when confirmed in your quote.
