Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with the venue to check and record availability in its diary. We use trusted service providers to host this website and store enquiries securely. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, to manage your booking and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
