Supporting good causes
Whether you're planning a fundraising dinner, a community celebration, a volunteers' thank-you evening or an awards night, we want to help more of your budget go towards your cause.
Eligible organisations can apply for a special rate when they enquire. Discounts are discretionary and depend on the date, the hall and the type of event, so we review each application individually rather than offering a fixed percentage.
Who may be eligible
We review applications from:
- Charities registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales
- Community Interest Companies registered at Companies House
- Community and faith groups, schools and PTAs, and other non-profit organisations
How the review works
Choose 'Charity or CIC event' in the enquiry form and give your organisation's name, type, registration number where you have one, and the purpose of the event. Our team will verify the registration and confirm any special rate in your personalised quote.
Quiet weekday dates may give us more flexibility — if your date is flexible, tell us.
